Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers and other users of linkora.lol. References to “Linkora,” “we,” “us” or “our” refer to the operator of the Linkora store.

By accessing the store, submitting information, purchasing a product or using any store feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Eligibility and customer information

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the store on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

Information supplied during checkout or when contacting Linkora must be current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for reviewing shipping details, contact information and product selections before submitting an order.

Permitted use of the store

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not damage, disable, overburden or interfere with the operation or security of the store.

You must not:

• Use the store for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.

• Copy, scrape or extract store content through unauthorized automated means.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment authority or relationship with another person.
• Use Linkora content or services to infringe the rights of others.

Product information and compatibility

Linkora offers digital electronics and smart accessories, including charging products, mobile accessories, audio accessories, computer accessories, connected-home products and creator tools.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, images, specifications and compatibility information accurately. Display settings, manufacturing updates and differences between device models may affect how a product appears or functions in actual use.

You are responsible for reviewing compatibility requirements before purchase, including device model, connector type, dimensions, operating system, power requirements and intended use.

Pricing and availability

Prices, product availability and promotional information may change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping charges or other amounts calculated during checkout.

We may correct typographical, pricing, specification or availability errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, Linkora may contact you with available options, correct the order where legally permitted or cancel and refund the affected portion.

Product placement in the store does not guarantee continued availability or acceptance of an order.

Orders and order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Linkora may decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inaccurate information, unusual purchasing activity, product unavailability, pricing error or legal restriction.

If an order is cancelled after payment authorization or collection, the affected amount will be released or refunded through the original payment method as appropriate.

Payment

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown during checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Linkora does not control the independent terms, security procedures or processing times of those providers.

We may request additional verification before fulfilling an order when reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment providers or the store.

Shipping and delivery

Linkora’s standard shipping time is generally 3–5 business days unless a different estimate is shown during checkout or communicated for a particular order.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing, address issues, service interruptions or other events outside Linkora’s reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Risk of loss and legal title transfer in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms presented for the order.

Returns, refunds and order concerns

Return and refund requests are reviewed according to the condition of the product, the reason for the request, the completeness of the returned contents and applicable consumer law.

You must contact Linkora before sending an item back. Products returned without approval or instructions may be delayed, refused or sent to an incorrect location.

Damaged, incorrect, incomplete or apparently defective items should be reported promptly with the order number and clear supporting photographs when available.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to display the credit after it has been issued.

Safe and appropriate product use

Products must be installed, charged, connected, stored and used according to the supplied instructions and the requirements of the connected device.

You are responsible for checking power ratings, connector compatibility, mounting stability, ventilation, environmental conditions and any warnings supplied with the product.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, overheated, electrically compromised or unsuitable for the intended device. Stop use and disconnect the product when safe to do so if an unusual condition occurs.

Intellectual property

The Linkora name, visual identity, page designs, written content, graphics, product presentation and other store materials are owned by or licensed to Linkora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use store content for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit Linkora content without prior written permission.

Product names and marks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a compatible device or platform does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Reviews, messages and submitted content

If you send feedback, photographs, reviews, suggestions or other content to Linkora, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or the rights of another person.

You must not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, infringing or malicious content. Linkora may remove or decline to publish submitted content where reasonably necessary.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, product suggestions and general feedback may be used by Linkora to improve store content, service and product selection without an obligation to compensate the sender.

Third-party services and links

Parts of the store may depend on independent providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, communications, shipping or other functions.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Linkora is not responsible for an independent provider’s content, availability or conduct except to the extent required by applicable law.

Accessing a third-party service through the store does not create an endorsement of every product, statement or practice of that provider.

Store availability and changes

Linkora may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue a store feature, product category or service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Maintenance, security events, technical issues, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access or functionality.

We may introduce new features or services. Unless separate terms are provided, those features form part of the services governed by these Terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store and its services are provided on an “as available” basis. Linkora does not promise that every store feature will be uninterrupted or that all content will remain free from minor errors.

Product performance may depend on the connected device, software, environment, installation and usage conditions. General descriptions and guidance do not replace product instructions or professional advice where specialized advice is required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the store or products, including loss of data, income, opportunity or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Linkora’s responsibility will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including where liability results from conduct that cannot lawfully be limited.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, security settings and device protections before connecting, configuring or using electronic accessories.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Linkora for matters caused by Linkora’s own conduct where such an obligation would be unlawful.

Suspension and termination

Linkora may restrict or terminate access to the store where a user violates these Terms, creates a security risk, engages in suspected fraud or uses the services unlawfully.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue, including intellectual-property, limitation-of-liability and dispute provisions, remain effective.

Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Linkora with a clear description of the issue so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another forum.

Changes, severability and entire agreement

Changes to these Terms

Linkora may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, store operations or legal requirements. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

Severability

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with applicable store policies and order information, form the agreement between you and Linkora concerning use of the store.
